How do you measure executive presence and leadership from a video?

The GRW Engine reads three proprietary scores from uploaded footage: Presence Quotient measures nonverbal authority and credibility under attention, Authenticity Signal measures emotional congruence and flags expression divergence, and Composure Index measures stress recovery when the heat is on. It is built on FACS facial coding from 468 MediaPipe landmarks. Every reading carries a confidence level, and the engine abstains when the data is too thin to score.

Can GRW read culture and team dynamics from team footage?

Yes. Culture diagnostics surface communication friction in team footage, but always framed as discussion starters for the group, not verdicts on individuals. The read describes the room, not any one person. It gives people leaders an evidence base for a conversation, not a scorecard on a colleague.

Should we use these scores to make hiring or promotion decisions?

No. GRW is not built for hiring, firing, or promotion decisions. For promotion and succession it shows how people carry pressure over time as one evidence layer, but the decision always stays with your leaders, never the score. Use the read alongside interviews and references, not in place of them.

Is our team's video private when we run an analysis?

Yes. On The Read, the video never leaves your browser. On the server path it is processed and deleted within minutes, and only the derived numbers stay in your report. We never keep the footage, and heart rate analysis is opt in.
