What we measure on your behalf, and how your data is handled. These settings apply to all future analyses across all your devices. Read the full data-flow notice.

Full-transcript retention
Off by default. Full-transcript retention is enabled per-organisation by your account administrator. Contact info@boostinnovation.ca to request access. (Org-admin self-service is on the roadmap.)

Self-service data rights under PIPEDA (Canada) and GDPR (EU/UK). For PHIPA / Law 25 / PIPA requests or any question, email info@boostinnovation.ca.

Export your data

JSON of all reports, baselines, teams, subscription, outcomes, and feedback the system holds about you. Limited to 3 exports per hour.

Delete your account

Removes all your reports, baselines, team data, subscription record, and account credentials. Your Stripe customer record is also removed. This action is irreversible. Stored audio / transcript / video have already been discarded post-processing.

Baseline reset
To reset your stored baseline (so future reports recompute from each clip’s first 15s), email info@boostinnovation.ca. Reports are unaffected by a baseline reset.
