Point a camera at the audience. You will see a dot on each person the engine finds. When you finish, you get one room-level report. The video stays on this device.
Check the framing before people arrive. Faces too far away to read get a hollow dot and are not counted, and the page will tell you to move closer.
Attendees need notice before you read the room. Get the notice pack: a ticket line, a room sign, and a one-page summary.
